Special case: Ticket refund within 24 hours of purchase
If you bought your ticket from Air France, either online or at an Air France ticket office, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours at no extra charge.
For same-day cancelations (before midnight), your bank account will not be debited. For cancelations made within 24 hours but after midnight, your bank account will be credited the full amount minus non-refundable service charges.
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
If you have not checked in yet, you can request a refund if the following applies:
- You bought your ticket at least 48 hours and up to 12 months ago
- You have not received your boarding pass
- Your ticket is not a Flying Blue reward ticket

The refund amount is calculated according to the ticket fare conditions (excluding service fees which are non-refundable).
You may have to pay an administration fee in addition to any cancelation charge that may apply (depending on your fare type).
