| Simply proceed as though you were booking a flight and stop at the page with the button "Confirm". You can consult flight and fare availability for Air France flights scheduled between 1 day and ten months from today. | Selling fares are subject to limited availability and may not be available on the date, time or flight selected. Try selecting another date, time or flight. |
| 3. | Can I book tickets from other airlines (other than Air France) on this site? | ||
| You can book AIR FRANCE and KLM only destinations on our website. Some flights are operated by other airlines. In this specific case you will see "OP" mentionned under the flight number during the booking process. Click just on "OP" to know more about the carrier. |
| 4. | How do I find Air France destinations? | ||
| By simply following "Information and services" -> "Our destinations". |
| 5. | Can I make a reservation online if my trip starts outside my country of residence? | ||
| On www.airfrance.nl, you can book flights for departures from Amsterdam, Bordeaux, Bremen, Clermont-Ferrand, Dusseldorf, Lille, Luxembourg, Lyon, Marseille, Maastricht, Metz-Nancy, Nice, Paris, Rotterdam, Strasbourg and Toulouse. |
| 6. | How many trips can I book in one session? | ||
| You can make a reservation for one trip at a time (a one-way or a round-trip), for up to nine passengers and nine infants (= child under two years old), provided each infant travels on an adult's lap. If you want to make additional reservations you must begin a new session. |
| 7. | Can I fly one way in one class of service and then return in another class? | ||
| If you purchase a round-trip ticket, you will fly in the same class of service on both ways. If you wish to fly in different classes on your outbound and inbound flights, you may purchase two one-way tickets. |
| 8. | I don't understand the fare conditions that were displayed for a particular flight. How do I get additional information about that fare? | ||

| For passengers in need of special attention, services need to be pre-booked by phone or in Air France ticket offices. If you require wheelchair assistance or an unaccompanied minor service, please call our reservationr centre at 020-654 57 20. |
| 10. | How will I know that my reservation is confirmed? | ||
| Your booking is confirmed as soon as you have hit the "confirm" button at the last stage of the booking process after your means of payment is entered (credit card number or payment by bank transfer). On the confirmation page you will receive a reservation number and your flight details are listed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. Your tickets will be issued after validation of your payment by Air France Netherlands Accounts Department. |
| 11. | Is it possible to change/cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed? | ||
| For this moment it is not possible to change a reservation once the booking has been confirmed, but this service will be available very soon. If you really wish to cancel your trip or make a change to your reservation, please call our reservation centre at 020-654 57 20. |
| 12. | I forgot to print my itinerary or reservation number. What can I do? | ||
| Details of the trip you booked including flight departure times and the confirmation number are listed on the last page of the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail you receive after completing the booking. If you require your flight details to be sent to you again please call our reservation centre at 020-654 57 20. |
| 13. | If I am forced to change airport in Paris (from Paris CDG to Paris Orly, necessary for certain destinations, such as Fort-de-France), is the bus transfer included in the flight ticket price? | ||
| The bus ticket fare is not included in the flight ticket fare except for passengers flying to and from Fort-de-France, Pointe-а-Pitre, Cayenne and la Réunion. So the passenger himself is responsible for buying and paying the transfer bus tickets for trips between Paris CDG and Paris Orly airports. Passengers flying to and from these 4 destinations will receive a voucher at the information desk at Paris CDG Terminal 2D or at the Orly-Ouest transit desk. Please see 'Information and services' -> 'At the airport'. |
| 14. | What baggage allowance can I travel with? | ||
| The baggage allowance varies with the class you are travelling in and your status. Information concerning checked-in and cabin baggage allowance are available on pages 'Information and services'-> 'Practical information'. |
