The Cure in Copenhagen

The famous British rock group, The Cure, will make Copenhagen vibrate to the rhythm of its ‘cold wave' melodies.

The Danish capital warms its long winter nights with music, which has become a quasi-religion here. For The Cure, which celebrates its 40th anniversary with a world tour, Copenhagen was therefore a must. And it is the Forum Copenhagen that will echo with the legendary new wave sound of the British group led by Robert Smith, the singer and guitarist with a most singular look. In this vast Frederiksberg concert hall, the seminal 80s band will play before an audience of 10,000 fans who have been conquered in advance by the emblematic songs from the group's repertoire, from Boys Don't Cry to Lullaby and Close to Me, but also by songs from more recent albums. A great moment of music, tinged with nostalgia.
