Famous Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, more commonly referred to as ‘Nobu', initiates us to the art of cutting fish.

Nobu is considered as one of the most charismatic chefs on an international level. Renowned for his unique style mixing Japanese gastronomy and Peruvian flavours, he opened last March the Matsuhisa Paris restaurant on the premises of the Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris.
